• Student Enquiry

 

Enables students to submit enquiries online, making it easier to process and track them. The module also provides detailed information on the demographic profile of the student, or student groups, their enquiry patterns, factors influencing their choice of Institution. Enquiries can also be managed through a Call Centre, or other modes like emails, calls or physical enquiries.

 

•  Pre-admission & Admission

 

Set eligibility criteria and rules for admission, define admission route, whether through entrance exam or merit, screen applicants, shortlist students, generate cut-off lists and register students for admission. Counseling services are also available to help students select the desired course. On the day of admission, students can pay their fees, get their photos clicked, get their ID cards, log-in password for the Student Portal and complete all other formalities of enrolment from a single window. Biometrics is captured to facilitate student identification.

 

• Choice Based Credit System (CBCS)

 

This Module facilitates the implementation of the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) which has recently been made mandatory by the Indian Government. Students can choose their core subjects and are free to pick electives from any other subject group, in accordance with CBCS guidelines issued by UGC and MHRD.

 

• Fee Management

 

Taking care of fees collection, adjustments ,exemption, fine or refunds. Set up and define a fees structure of any complexity and create different fees heads. Generate various management reports, fee slips and fee alerts to students before the due date. The module is integrated with Accounts so the financial books are simultaneously updated. Built-in Payment Gateway enables online payment of fees.

 

• Academic & Enrollment

 

This module allows you to register students in Colleges and Affiliate Institutions. Students can register and apply for University enrollment online and submit fees. A copy of the enrolment certificate can be downloaded from the Student Portal.

 

• Self Service Portal for Students

 

A dedicated portal for students that helps them pay their fees, view their time table and examination schedule, attendance status etc. It’s a great way to add convenience and engage with students. Publish notices, upload assignments and tutorials to enhance learning. Discussion forums, chat rooms, mail and document sharing provide a great communication platform.

 

• Scholarship Management

 

Provides end-to-end management of scholarships offered. Publish details of scholarships, register external agencies, receive funds, receive applications online and select candidates. Eligible applicants are sent alerts and funds disbursed. Besides this, track and monitor the performance of students to take further decisions on continuity of assistance.

 

• Student Attendance Management

 

Record student attendance through a Smart Attendance Terminal which verifies the biometrics of a student. Create an online attendance register to maintain daily attendance records. Generate subject-wise, teacher-wise or course-wise attendance reports. Track and evaluate attendance history to enforce discipline.

 

• Student Help Desk Management

 

An online help desk to enable students to submit their help request any time, through the Student Portal. It provides a single point of contact for students to submit and track their queries. Also available as a Mobile App for added convenience.

 

• Learning Management System

 

Simplifies administration, documentation, tracking, reporting and delivery of e-Learning Education courses in your Institution. Create online course content, share files and documents with students and faculty, create a weekly subject plan. An essential module for the Universities seeking a thrust in e-Learning environment.

 

• Question Bank Management

 

Enables the question paper setter to submit questions in the system along with the answer keys. Questions are approved by the moderator or authorized person, and saved in the Question Bank for future use. To ensure fairness, the system also allows you to configure question paper templates and generate random question papers.

 

• Examination Pre-Conduct

 

Manages all processes prior to the examinations, such as generating hall ticket,online submission of examination forms,  question paper setting and room allocation. Create a panel of invigilators and examiners , create an examination schedule and register Examination Centres for secure paper delivery.

 

• Online Question Paper Delivery  

 

This enables you to maintain maximum security when delivering question papers to different examination centers. Before printing, question papers are sent online through a secure link just prior to the examination.

 

• Examination Post-Conduct

 

Manages all processes related to exam completion and evaluation. Get an overview of examination attendance, record and lock final marks, generate results and grade sheets, process requests for re-evaluation, tabulate results and promote students. The module can also generate degrees and certificates, and manage compartment exams, if any.

 

• Onscreen Evaluation System

 

Automates the entire process of correcting and grading papers. Answer sheets are scanned and uploaded through a secure channel, allowing examiners who are authorized to check the paper onscreen. Marks are fed into a pre-defined marks template and automatically computed.
